My father is suffering from transverse myelitis as diagnosed in hospital. He is paraplegic since Feb 25th 2018. Is surgery possible? Physiotherapy is going on since past 2 months but there is no improvement. Is surgery possible? Will he be able to walk again?

Surgery doesn't help. It must recover on its own, but continue physiotherapy and medications. Chances of recovery is less.
