Is it okay to drink dabur glucose everyday after running and doing exercises? Does it causes any disease or is there any kind of side effects?

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. After running or during running it is always good to take plain water or electrolyte supplements like ELECTRAL or similar preparations. There are a number of sports drinks available, which contain electrolytes, water and some glucose, those are better than taking only glucose. Thanks.
