Hello. I exercise and do 30 mins of running everyday but 3 months before I felt a pain in my left left from hips to foot end at back side. When I use to put my feet down on floor and when I pick up, I felt severe pain. I assume it is sciatic nerve pain. So I did physiotherapy for 10 days and felt some relief. Now I only feel 5-10% of pain, mainly in morning when I get out of bed. Please suggest something.

Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Quadriceps strengthening exercises-
