I recently had my annual blood test and my TSH is borderline high (~5.9); my T4 levels are normal. All other parameters are normal too. My doctor said it may be a transient condition due to stress etc. Is there anything I can do to get the levels back to normal? Any specific foods, routine to be followed? Any natural ways of getting this in check?

Hello. I will recommend that you get a repeat thyroid function test after 3 months. Till then relax and keep in touch with your physician on a regular basis. If any symptoms bothers you do share it with your physician and do read about signs and symptoms of thyroid dysfunction. Thanks.
