Hello, My son is having back problem and on diagnosis it is found that it is slip disc and is age is 25 years. I want to know what is the best treatment?

If slip disc is causing significant nerve compression resulting in sensory loss or motor weakness. He may need surgical intervention But in most cases there is just pain which may or may not be radiating to leg. Initially he should take pain killer with muscle relaxant daily for 2-4 weeks under orthopaedic or neurosurgeon guidance.
