Hi Sir, I am 33 years old like from past few days I am having so much body pain which tablet should i take or I had sumo tablet I had dolo 650 I had ibuprofen but pain is not going can not do any work just lying down in bed.

Self medication is the worst thing one can do to oneself. If you think just by asking medicine your problems will go away, that is not going to happen. If you really want to get back to normal life, I would suggest you to visit an orthopedic specialist ,who would examine you and then would prescribe you a medicine/ exercise or both, may be xray would be required. Please don't harm yourself like this.
