I am 74 ,been diabetic 2 since 15 years, I had been taking glass red forte, Losakind 50, Tenormin 50 for my Bp. My sugar levels and Bp was normal. Recently I had consulted anEndo crinologist ,He had stopped Losakind .I was understanding that this was helping my kidney along with BP. Will I be okay With Janumet, Metosartan50,and Diamicron.

Tenormin and losakind aren't bad but role of tenormin in controlling High BP is dubious. Metosartan is superior product. It contains Metoprolol and Telmasartan. Janumet is better drug as your age. It won't cause hypoglycemia and it is weight neutral medicine. Si current regimen is quite better.
