I am 24 years of age as part of police recruitment I had hba1c test and is 5.8 and random blood sugar 97. My height is 5.7 and weight 72 kgs. I'm not a diabetic and I do not have any family history of diabetes in the above 3 generations. Sir is it dangerous to have 5.8 hba1c I'm scared and I do exercise for an hour daily.
