Hello lybrate-user most common reason of low back pain at this age is due to slip disc or ankylosing Spondylitis since you have radiating left leg pain most likely is due to slip disc if you have no relief with medication I would suggest to get an X-ray done or MRI LS spine to come to the diagnosis do consult if required online.
