Hi Sir, Sex - F Age - 27 Everyday when I get up in the morning, I have pain in my thigh muscles. The pain is comparable to as if I have walked or run a long distance and my muscles have got fatigued. The pain persists for the entire day. It's intensity is more in the morning and gradually lessens a bit as the day progresses. I am facing this problem since a month and a half. Please let me know what can be the possible reasons for this problem and also how can I cure it. Thanks!

The main reason now a days every one suffering is lack of vitamin D due to this there are pains in your body for this you can take vitamin D3 sachets weekly once for 1 month and revert back, take 60k uts.
