I am a cricketer. I feel pain in groin muscles and hip where leg joins hip. Any suggestions?

I think you have strained your groin while playing due to excessive stress on the joint. U need to stop playing and give rest until the subsides completely. Put ice on the painful area ,take analgesics orally or apply gel for pain relief. Take proper diet rich in protein and vitamins to enhance recovery.
