I am thin but weight is normal, how to gain muscles it is feeling that I eat a lot but weight has been fixed it does not increase .and muscles are also very stagnant how to build muscles and increase weight. As my diet I am taking is enough but it is not working.

Hello, you do not require a weight gain. As per your height, your weight should be 65-67 Kg. For building muscles Eat Caloric Dense Foods, like nuts, dry fruits, dairy etc Eat More Protein, Go Liquid, Lift Heavy weights And Be Consistent.
