I am 21 year old girl, I have a severe acne problem due to which I went to the dermatologist and he prescribed me tretiva 20 MG, I took the medicine for one month and still have to take it for 2 more months, but the side effects have started like dry lips and thinning of the hair. Should I continue to take the medicine. Is it going to harm me? I saw the side effects on Google and I am very much afraid of it. What should I do please help me.
