I've always urinated more frequently than normal, ever since I was a young child and found out one of my kidneys was larger than the other, which the doctor said was causing my repeated bladder infections. However, just within the past few weeks, I've begun needing to urinate so frequently that it's disturbing my everyday activities. I'm also very excessively thirsty and my mouth always feels dry. For a long time now, I've also often felt lightheaded upon standing. I've been experiencing quite significant muscle weakness and fatigue as well. I suspected a blood sugar issue when these symptoms appeared for the first time a few months ago, but I got my blood sugar checked and it was normal, 5.6 mmol/L two hours after eating. The symptoms became milder over time, until a few weeks ago, when they intensified once again. I should also mention that for many years, I've come close to fainting several times, but always felt a lot better a few minutes after consuming a sugary snack or beverage, such as fruit juice. What could the cause of all of these symptoms be?
