Hello Dr. I have cicatricial alopecia. For which m taking treatment. I have so many tiny bald patches all over my head which are increasing gradually. Dr. has prescribed me Betnesol Forte, Pantop40 ,shelcal tab, Bitozed forte, Calpsor C solution and Regain 5%. He said we will monitor for 2 months and if it doesn't work we will do biopsy. My concern is with steroids. Should I take steroids orally? Are they safe?
