Hi, My baby boy is 4 months 3 weeks old. His weight is 6.3 kg. Height is 64 cms. He's passing stool every 8-10 days from 45 days onwards. How come I can make it regular. He's in breastfeed only. (I was tried freelex, duphalac syrups, but no use)

As long as your baby is gaining proper weight n feeding well, do not worry. Also please do not use laxatives. They normalise stools with age. Just see to it that your baby feeds well, is not cranky and weight gain is adequate.
