Got jerk on left lower back while doing deadlift in gym its been more than 2 months but I still feel the pain whenever I do any activity which uses lower back what should I do now to cure this problem of back. Nowadays I'm not doing any lower back exercise which can again hurt my back but please give a best solution for this problem.
