I am now 23 and solitary kidney patient by born. No transplantation. Weight 75 kg. Hight 166 cm. My fasting sugar 103 mg. Blood urea 14 mg. Creatine 1.04 mg. But bood potassium 5.5 mg.and 24 hour urim protein 264 mg. And my bp is also high and taking maedine listen 75 daily. Please give a diet chat for 24 hour. To reduce blood potassium and 24 hour total protein and bp also. Sir.
