There are confusing and different opinions on silent gall stones. But male gall bladder surgery is definitely more difficult and there are some chances of cancer development. My personal opinion is to go for surgery if there are no contraindications.

Hello there are certain gall stone dissolving drugs but not very effective. Plus the basic issue is a diseased gallblader which forms stones. So it needs to be removed. So best is to go for a laparoscopic cholecystectomy and consult a good laparoscopic surgeon. Regards.
