Hi, About 3 years ago I suffered from extreme body pain in every joint in my body, I felt so tired and had this need to sleep all the time. I had brain fog, depression, anxiety, memory issues and absolutely no concentration. I was depressed for a while and suddenly under a lot of stress. I was 75 kgs at the time but my weight was constant. Exercise was not helping me at all. I was 17 that time. This lasted for about 9-10 months. Then there was a lifestyle change. And the stress was gone. I became better but I still have anxiety. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at the age of 14. My Tsh levels have never exceeded 10uIU/ml and my T3, T4 levels have become normal. Thyroxine does not help me. Please explain why I was suffering from extreme body pain and brain fog. Also if it was only hypothyroidism that was the reason.
