I have been advised to take protein supplement but I am not able to take the protein powder regularly. Is there any tablet that I can take for the same?

You cannot and should not lose weight instantly, as you did not gain instantly. Avg. Healthy weight loss in a month is 3-4 kg. You should give up packed and processed food, Reduce intake of milk, rice & wheat based food and increase intake of Fruits, veggies, nuts and sprouts.
