Sir, I am a 60 years old having hypertension patient since 1987 and type 2 diabetic since 2010 without medication now but under control. HB1C last was 6.3. In March 2017 I suffered for a month from irregular angina pain when on advice of a local Dr. I rushed to Bangalore where on angiography was diagnosed 90% blockage in main LA, and on advice from cardiologist got don't Angioplasty/PTCA, STENT fixed. 16 months are over and occasionally I feel discomfort which my Dr. suggested is due to my stressful/tense nature. Medicine still continuing are. METLOR 25- 1 tab after breakfast for BP PLAVIX 75- 1 tab after breakfast ecosprin 75- 1 tab after lunch olmesartan 20- 1 tab after dinner for BP ATORVASTATIN 20- 1 tab after dinner (LDL/HDL under control) NITROFIX SR 30- 1 tab after dinner (cardiologist on follow up after 12 months advised to continue all) Sir, I am veg, non smoker hardly 4-5 hour sound sleep, continuing with morning brisk walk for an hour without discomfort for 4 to 5 days a week.
