Dear lybrate-user Paxil is a very useful medication for a number of anxiety and mood complaints which may also cause physical symptoms. Could you please tell your symptoms, mood, thoughts, sleep and appetite patterns in detail. Also, you will be relieved to know that 12. 5 mg is a tiny dose and even otherwise it is unlikely to be addictive.
