What do you mean by intermittent fasting .How is it done and what are the restrictions. Also what are its benefits and effects .How often should one do it and for how many days at a stretch?

Intermittent fasting means long food gap. It should be 12 hrs or 14 hrs or 16 hrs means if you finish your dinner at 7.30 pm then you must take breakfast after 14or 16 hrs gap that is on after 11 am. It helps in weight loss.
