Hello, 29 years old male, almost 2 years back I had a severe sun burn in neck area which later left me a brown line on the neck & it's still there. I want to lighten & whiten my skin. Can I use melalite forte on the neck & face as well. Please prescribe something best prescription based cream & tablets?
