I am constantly having dreams of my ex girlfriend whenever I sleep even in daytime .During these times I also have weird experiences which I always forget and most of the time I also face "bodily shocks" raptures" and also "sleep paralysis" .Worthy to mention this girl whom I had spent not more than a year is my very abode of love and since has been central to all women in my life, surpassing all .I am still confined to her in memories ,though she had insulted me very severely because she was a Muslim and me being a Hindu. She betrayed me, used me at all times ,like a toy for the sake of her enjoyment .But nothing matters to me, I just can't forget her. She is still a bliss for me! I cannot cry bitterly because my manly nature restrains me from doing so, I went into alcohol and drugs but nothing helped for long. Also being dependent on my family restricts me from becoming an addict to forget my lady love. I have tried all ways -all things such as mediation ,yoga and all such sort of things. But nothing helps for a long time Suggest a effective and fast way-out please!
