My body is fair but my face is so dull as compare to body my mom and dad too has this problem Then I used no scars cream which is basically hydroquinone cream it makes me fair as much my body is then after sometime it leads to acne and pimples Then I go to the dermatologist they diagnosis give me some ointment or medicine or one treatment that is chemical peel but still my face is discolored What can I do?
