Nothing major happened to me except got heartbroken once. But it doesn't affect me anymore. But in past 3 4 years I had an anxiety attack several times. But didn't know it was serious that time. (Symptoms I noticed- getting out of breath, feeling uneasy and nauseous, feeling like throwing up, and sitting down all of sudden no matter where I am). Once it happened on the middle of the road when I was walking to my hostel. I don't have it anymore. But I became socially awkward after that year. I put on a lot of (22 kg) weight in a timespan of a year. So I don't go out much. Get anxious over simple things like if I have to meet someone I haven't met or if I have a bad day at class then I don't feel like going again. And now I don't want to socialize anymore. And it doesn't bother me now. So I'm not sure it's good thing or bad.
