I am diabetic type 2. My sugar level is around 200 after meal. What is the best diet plan for me. I do ride bicycle for around 30 minutes to one hour daily. Also I eat fruits chickpeas and raw vegetables in good amount. I love to eat chicken but scared of having bad impact on my sugar level so keep distance.
