Hi Sir, I was examined by a gastroenterologist 4 years ago and he done a colonoscopy of mine in which it shows spastic colon with malabsorption syndrome I am through this date thinking that it is ibs but can it be celiac disease? I am thinking to get a Ttg iga test to ensure it, should I go for it or I am just over thinking.

Spastic colon not associated with celiac disease but malabsorption is feature of celiac disease ,you can go for blood tests.
