My grandmother taking lonazep 0.25 gm since 5 days having alzeimer and panic attacks frequently. In first 2 days it was effective but now its not showing any effect on her. Reason?

Lonazep is not the right drug for alzheimer's, consult a psychiatrist ad get proper one for the same, as lonazep is a benzodiazepine and can cause falls and worsening of cognition in alzheimer's.All the best.
