I am 21 years old. I am suffering from hypothyroidism. I am having medicine thyronorm 62.5 mg. What are the other measures I need to take to cure this? Is there any specific food which should be avoided or should be included in diet? Can any exercise or yoga help in its cure?

Usually hypothyroid patients need thyroid supplement indefinitely monitoring TSH. You should avoid cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, mustard, mustard green, soyabean, turnip etc. Because they are considered goitrogenic means they may increase size of thyroid gland.
