If I am hypertensive and it's under control by medication 130/85, age 54 Male, (on Rancil 10 mg BD and Metolar XR 25 mg OD), can I Use Sildenafil 25 mg? Please advise.

Sildenafil decreases blood pressure. In combination with antihypertensive medication it may cause hypotension. Think of alternatives.
