Mri report shows-? Endometriosis deposit with speculated mergin in right parametrium near ano- rectal junction with mild pelvic vein congestion. I am an unmarried lady of 26 year old. My question is why this? Sign is there in report. Also I want to know whether it is malignant.

Endometriosis is presence of endometrial lining at other places. It could be in the ovary, tube, parametrium etc. It is usually managed by gynaecologists by using hormonal tablets and pain killers. Is symptoms not controlled or difficult to distinguish from cancer especially ovarian then surgery may be considered. I would be able to opine better if you send me the reports.
