The uterus is adteverted and minimally bulky in size and measures 8.0�3.8�6.9 CMS in size ,110 ml in volume. The endometrium is mildly thickened and measures 1.41 cm. Small posterior wall submucosa fibroids is seen measuring about 2.3 �2.5 cm in size. Small anterior wall intramural fibroids is seen measuring about 1.2�1.4 cm in size. Remarks Minimally bulky uterus with thickened endometrium and small fibroids This is the sonography report please suggest what is the solution of this problem.

With 14 mm endometrial thickness at 51 years you should go for endometrial biopsy ,further management will depend on biopsy report.
