Hi, I have itching, pimples and dandruff on my scalp for last one year. I do not know the reasons, I have tried all the natural home remedies but no improvement. Now the condition is becoming severe and I keep on itching on my head all the time. I have tried medicative shampoos, normal anti dandruff shampoos and soaps but no effect. Please suggest any effective treatment and which shampoo should I use, please prescribe some medicine if required. I am fed up with this skin problem, please help. Thank you.
