Hi, I am 31 years old. My skin was really flawless and from last 3 months I am getting acne on and off sometime too much during and before periods. I consulted a derma and I was suggested to take isotroin along with a contraceptive pill which is good for acne. I did some research and found that I should take contraceptive which is high on estrogen or combination. Please suggest me a good contraceptive.
