From last 2 months due to family pressure (mother's behaviour), mlm business clashes n my brother's pressure n physical harassment to choose anotherfield n support him overseas n nt allowed me to give my current bca exam as I hve cleared ilets last years bt he was unable to sponsor. I have taken 20 zolfresh 10 mg tablets which was taken out from my body n again 10 mg 7 tablets n 5 mg 10 tablets were taken by me. 2 weeks back. But it is still in my body I got my menstrual cycle properly .bt I facing problems such as confusion ,physiological fatigue ,stomach pain ,indecision, severe anxiety .low mood. What should I do?
