Hello doctor I am 31 year old male presently I am taking antidepressants as veniz 100 mg. But I feel sometimes anxiety and less concentrated even I consulted psychiatrist also but he gave same dosage for me. So my question is can I take fish oil capsules as a supplements as it is having omega 3. Will it help me to cure my depression?
