I am 45 years old, male, with no bad habits at all, I am a bp patient taking telma 40, my wife underwent three major spinal cord surgeries thus I have been advised by her doctor to keep away from indulging in sex activity with her, it has been two years I didn't had sex, in these two years I didn't even had a night fall nor I have masturbated, I am witnessing severe problem in both thighs due to which I am unable to walk properly, it has become major problem, witnessing urinary problems also, I want to know whether the problem I am facing is due to non release of sperms, please also suggest a solution for my above problems, regards.
