Each tablespoon of ground flaxseed contains about 1.8 grams of plant omega-3s. flaxseed is a good supporting player in a weight loss diet. It provides fiber, which helps you feel full and offers other weight-loss benefits. You can have 2 full tablespoons per day..that's about 20 grams.Have 1 tsp this on empty stomach every morning along with luke warm lemon water.And can have 1 in the evening.
