Depression, loneliness & OverthinkingFemale, 281. I have been suffering from over thinking, negative thoughts, loneliness for the past 2 years. Although I have family but still I suffer from loneliness. 2. I kept feeling guilty about my past mistakes and fight with everyone. 3. I have lost friends & relatives due to my negative behavior. I feel hatred toward myself & everyone. 4. I keep thinking about past & feel very insecure about my future. Due to continuous negative thinking .negative things happen to me. I fight with my husband & parents. 5. I have developed the nature of jealousy & envy due to this I do not socialise. I feel jealous from everyone. 6.
