My tsh is 32 ulU/mL, one month ago it was 5.40. and now my Idl cholesterol is 123.20 mg/dl. Please suggest what should I do? For thyroid I am having methimez 10. Is there anything to worry? What should I eat to lower down ldl? Kindly suggest.

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. With TSH 5.4 mU/L, there is really no reason to start treatment with Methimazole. This drug is given in Thyrotoxicosis and hyperthyroidism where TSH is <0.01 mU/L and T4 is in excess. You have to stop methimazole immediately and there is a need for taking thyroxine. I think I have already answered this question in detail in the morning. Please understand you are taking a wrong treatment. Thanks.
