I had thyroid problems in the past. As I checked it yesterday I found that my T3 is 2.14 pg/mL, T4 is 0.67 ng/dL and TSH is 16.850 mIU/L is this curable? I'm now taking medications for Gastritis and Adenomyosis and I'm suffering to conceive. Wish that I will get a good advice for further treatment.

Hello, Thanks for the query. From the details mentioned it is clear that there is severe hypothyroidism. It needs to be treated with adequate dose of levothyroxine. TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L then all the symptoms are in check. Dosage is calculated based on weight, height and T4, TSH levels. Plus if there is plan to have baby then TSH has to be maintained around 2 mU/L. Plus this is a condition that will remain for lifetime. If you have any questions or doubts please do come back. Thanks.
