Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. It is clear that present treatment is not helping in controlling blood glucose levels. There is a need to change the drugs, even insulin and some newer drugs may also be needed. Your excess weight also is a handicap in bringing down the glucose. There has to be a serious look at your diet, exercise, plus a program to reduce weight (at least 5 to 8%). Ideally Fasting should be < 100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. As regards Patanjali medications, those do not help in controlling diabetes. Thanks.
