I have scalp folliculitis from 9 years. I get pus-filled acne on scalp which become crusted. Recently acne are also forming on chest. I tried topical antibiotics, topical steroids, various kind of shampoos, oral antibiotics. But these don't work anymore. I wanted to try Isotretinoin for on low-dose long term intermittent use. I read a lot on internet and it seems intermittent use like one capsule every week or 2 weeks is good therapy with less side effects. What dose is suitable for recurrent scalp folliculitis? I am 80 kg, 40 years old male.
