I am male age 59. diabetes since 10 years for that 2 years on insulin now m 28 n nyt 30. Units n medicine morning vida 50 metformin 1000 with telma 40. Im active going for 5 times in week for 45 mts. Drink 4 times in week for 60/90mls. Having family history of diabetes. Im routine of work is hectic with lots of tension .im senty thinks n worried lots of my work n family. My reading shot up 150+ as fasting n 250+ pp. Im on normal diet. My height 5.11 n weight 84 kgs. Im ex def. Officer. I hv put all in detail. Till nw nt got any proper reply of doc's. Please advise me to manage my diabetes. I hope the information suffice to advise me. Thnx n regards.
