Keto diet is low in carbs and high in fat. This is always my personal suggestion to my every client. Follow things which you can follow in a long term such kinds of specific diet like atkins diet, GM diet, keto diet can't follow for a long period of time and once you will follow such kinds of plan you will definitely loose weight but for very small period of time and after some time you will gain weight again. So follow a diet which is realistic and simple to follow. Such specific diets are low in nutritional value so if you follow in a long term may have possibilities to get some other nutritional diagnosis.
