How to stop and regain the grease in bones joint. I got problem in my left leg knee joint. Pain is mostly on the backside of knee. While standing, running and cycling pain increases and sometimes at rest it's starts paining. Pain is not permanent it's goes and comes. I am facing this problem from more than 1 yr. So pls suggest what to do and what not to do.
