I have flashback problem since 4 month I am taking treatment from psychiatrist, he is saying it is anxiety disorder and it will take above 6 to 9 month I am taking stalopam 10 mg and aripiren 5 mg (half) tablet daily, how much time it will take to complete heal, and is there any other solution to make it fast?

Full control of symptoms required appropriate dose and treatment strategy like enhancing coping skills etc. If you want fast relief of symptoms try deep breathing exercises, other relaxation exercises etc. Eat healthy nutritious diet. Avoid taking too much stress, manage your time, decide priorities both at work and at home. Just remember you do not need to take all responsibilities or the weight of all work alone, ask for help too.
